2025 Kansas District Convention

June 5-6, 2025

The next Kansas District Convention will be held June 5-6, 2025, at the Tony’s Pizza Event Center (TPEC) in Salina (800 The Midway, Salina, KS 67401). The theme of the 2025 Convention will be “Abiding in the Word” based on John 8:31-32.

Congregations and Church Workers: Be on the lookout for a mailing arriving in mid-May from the Kansas District office. The mailing will contain a cover letter listing important dates and instructions for Call for Nominations, Delegate Reporting, Nominee Acceptance and Biography/Profiles, District Reports, and Overtures. The mailing will also include the assessment for each individual Kansas District congregation. 

Please note, new for this Convention, forms are digital, fillable PDFs listed below in three sections: Delegate Forms, Nomination Forms and District Information, and Overtures. Please fill out the forms online, then download and email the completed forms to the District Convention email, ksdconvention@kslcms.org. You can also email convention-related questions to this email address.

The following forms require a physical (“wet”) signature:

Please physically sign the above listed forms, mail your signed forms to the Kansas District Office (1000 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, KS 66604-1104), and also email them to the District Convention email, ksdconvention@kslcms.org. 

Important Dates:

Nov. 30, 2024: All nomination forms and delegate forms are due to the Kansas District Secretary. Timely submission will facilitate nominee acceptance and floor committee selection.

April 4-5, 2025: Floor committees will meet to discuss assigned overtures.
