2026 Fall Confirmation Retreat

Rock Springs 4-H Ranch
Junction City, KS
The 2026 Fall Confirmation Retreat will be held Oct. 2-3, 2026, at Rock Springs Ranch located south of Junction City (1168 Highway K157, Junction City, KS 66441).
The theme is “Confession, Absolution, and the Office of the Keys.” This year’s presenters are Rev. David Kahle (Redeemer, Olathe), Rev. Michael Ada (Beautiful Savior, Olathe) and Rev. Sean Kilgo (Redeemer, Lawrence).
Regular registration begins August 1 and ends September 2. Regular registration cost is $109, which includes Saturday breakfast and lunch, lodging, and a T-Shirt.
Late registration cost is $119 and ends on September 16.

The Spiritual Goals of the Confirmation Retreat are to assist in the catechetical instruction of local congregations, their pastors, parents and youth leaders through in-depth study; connect confirmands across the Kansas District that they may rejoice in the common confession and faith of Lutheran churches; and gather for an overnight time of fellowship including prayer, study, and recreation for youth to foster deeper relationships in their life together as the Church.
