Faith at Work District-wide Service Events!
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” – Ephesians 2:10
The third annual Faith at Work service projects were held around the Kansas District in April. 32 projects were registered, with around 1,100 participants, 22 congregations, and 3 Lutheran schools involved!
Faith at Work is an annual Districtwide service event where groups of all ages and skill sets find needs within their local communities to serve friends and neighbors in the name of Jesus Christ. The Kansas District invites congregations, schools, and RSOs to save the date for Faith at Work in April 2027!

Prayer for Service
Lord God, bless Your Word wherever it is proclaimed. Make it a word of power and peace to convert those not yet Your own and to confirm those who have come to saving faith. May Your Word pass from the ear to the heart, from the heart to the lip, and from the lip to the life that, as You have promised, Your Word may achieve the purpose for which You send it; through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
