Education & Youth

The LCMS Kansas District believes education should address the whole person—body, mind and spirit—beginning in early childhood. Through 43 early childhood and 15 elementary/middle schools, the 156 congregations of the LCMS Kansas District are dedicated to providing a solid Lutheran Christian education for our children and youth, in part by operating schools within the largest Protestant parochial school system in America. In addition, Concordia Academy in Wichita is the first classical Lutheran high school in the Kansas District.

Through youth ministry, family life education and adult education, the LCMS Kansas District Education & Youth staff is committed to ministering across the life span. Services we provide include events and visitation to share resources with congregations and schools throughout the District.
