The Mission and
Stewardship Department assists congregations and professional church
workers with outreach, mission planting, campus ministry, ethnic ministry,
turnaround ministries, deaf
ministry and with managing all of life and life's resources for
God's purpose (stewardship).
Rev. Mark T. Frith serves the Kansas District LCMS as the Assistant to the President for Mission and Stewardship, occupying this office since July 2007. In terms of mission and stewardship support, Mark stands ready to assist congregations and workers with information and resources for reaching the lost in their communities and beyond.
Lori Hennessey is the
Administrative Assistant for the department. In addition to her duties
in the department, Lori is the Editor for the district publication Workers
Together and manages the district email list.

Marvin Kohlmeier serves the Kansas District LCMS as the Mission Awareness Coordinator. He facilitates support for the global Gospel outreach of our church at every level - from local opportunities through district, national and overseas missions. Marvin does congregation Mission Festivals, celebrating support of missionaries around the world and encouraging participation in the Together in Mission program.
